The primary objectives and purposes of this society shall be:
- To conduct, on a regular basis, public congregational chanting of the Holy Name of Krishna with musical accompaniment of cymbals (kartals), clay drums (mrdangas) as well as other instruments traditionally used in the performance of such congregational chanting (nama sankirtana).
- To prepare for publication, and to publish and distribute devotional literatures in the Gaudiya Vaishnava Tradition including the biographies of the saintly teachers in the line of succession as well as the works produced by these persons.
- To publish journals with articles and essays from past and present teachers in the devotional line.
- To maintain the Deity of Krishna, His temple, and His servants (residents) in all respects.
- To prepare first class vegetarian foods for the pleasure of the Deity of Krishna in the Temple, and to distribute that sanctified food to the public as Prasadam (Krishna’s mercy).
